How it all began

The Bruder company was founded by just one person, Paul Bruder, in 1926, who made toys with his own hands. After the Second World War, his successor Heinz Bruder continued the production of traditional toys. He bought presses and other machines, including plastic processing equipment. However, the area of only 60 square meters was not enough, and the company began to develop. In 1958, it published the first catalog of small toys. In February 1975, it even exhibited for the first time at the International Toy Fair in Nuremberg. It then built storage and dispatch halls. In 1978 changed the company name to BRUDER Spielwaren Inh. Heinz Bruder and the Bruder brand has been registered as a trademark. Small toys and cars became the dominant production. In 1981, the company moved to a factory complex with office buildings in Bernbacher. The company already had 70 employees and its importance was growing exponentially. A huge turning point was the arrival of Paul Heinz Bruder's son, who took development and production into his own hands. Soon after, a new hall and other storage areas were opened, which enabled the company to further develop dynamically thanks to the new generation of tractors. Another turning point was 2011, when Bruder entered the market with the new product line called " Bworld ", which includes a system consisting of modular buildings, animals, figures and a number of other accessories made of high-quality plastic materials. The full functionality of all components, which also look very realistic, is completely unique. The entire range is also fully compatible with the professional 1:16 series vehicles, so there are no boundaries and there are no limits to imagination. Everything is intended for children from three to ten years old.

Heinz Bruder now works as a consultant and remains with the company. He is celebrating his 80th birthday.

Bruder toys and models

The goal of every Bruder brand product is to captivate the child, where play is not only an end in itself, but allows children to develop their experience and creativity. In accordance with this principle, Bruder products are developed as models of real machines to encourage children and imitate real life. That's why they are fully functional and, above all, easy to control, in all model lines. The Bruder brand also offers maximum stability. That's why its slogan is "Just like the real thing", which mainly applies to the PRO series. The Bruder brand not only has its great know-how, which makes it one of today's leading toy manufacturers in Europe, as well as perfect quality, durability and production technology. Its customers are also very satisfied thanks to its expertise in plastic processing technologies and its concern for the environment. The use of all resources was based on the principle of sustainable development. Recycling is as energy efficient as possible, just like the production process. The customer service is also perfect, providing spare parts for toy repairs.

As a family business, Bruder is well aware of its role in the environmental and social responsibility industry. Fair play when dealing with employees and children who play with our toys is their main concern.

In 2006, plagiarized Bruder toys began to be imported into the Czech Republic from China, which have a poor quality and are harmful to health, began to be imported into the Czech Republic from China. Therefore, buy from verified sellers.
