How are Bruder toys made?
The production of individual Bruder tractor models is not very long, one tractor comes off the line in an average of 36 seconds. The tractors are manufactured in the Pilsen factory and every day over two thousand machines of John Deere and other world manufacturers see the light of day here. All plastic models are elaborated to the smallest detail, which naturally corresponds to their price.
New production of Bruder plastic tractors
Recently, the production of plastic models of the German brand Bruder was inaugurated in Pilsen. The new section produces up to ten types of world brands including John Deere, New Holland, Case and others. The production line is provided by 8 machines that mould plastic parts. The production is automated and very efficient.
How does the production process work?
The machines take the individual material themselves, these are different types of plastics. Each of these plastics is for a different part of the model.
It should be noted that the functionality of the individual robots is elaborated down to the smallest detail. Each machine has a working name according to the task it performs. The plastic material is fed through hoses into the individual machines. It is then melted and moulded into the desired shape, then immediately cooled. Everything runs smoothly and seamlessly. The production line works completely on its own, the workers just make sure that everything runs as it should.
The workforce here is therefore very limited, as everything is taken care of by working machines, which also saves costs and time. Thus, the workers only assist on the three lines where the models are assembled. Each worker is responsible for a specific part of the assembly process, and the individual steps follow each other precisely. First the window is pushed into the cab, followed by the wheels being fitted and the finished model is packed into the box. The toy is finished.
Each line produces a different type of tractor. Bruder tractors are very popular. Customers appreciate the perfect processing of the individual models, which look like real machines, are extremely durable and safe. The emphasis is on detail.
